U.S.$ Amount definition

U.S.$ Amount means, on any day, in relation to any Loans or Letters of Credit, the sum of (i) the amount of all such Loans and Letters of Credit that are denominated in U.S. Dollars, and (ii) the Equivalent Amount of all such Loans and Letters of Credit that are expressed in any currency other than U.S. Dollars.
U.S.$ Amount shall have the meaning assigned such term in Section 3.04.
U.S.$ Amount means, on any day, in relation to any Loans or Letters of Credit, the sum of (i) the amount of all such Loans and Letters of Credit that are denominated in U.S. Dollars, and (ii) the Equivalent Amount of all such Loans and Letters of Credit that are expressed in Canadian Dollars.
