U.S.$ Amount definition

U.S.$ Amount means, on any day, in relation to any Loans or Letters of Credit, the sum of (i) the amount of all such Loans and Letters of Credit that are denominated in U.S. Dollars, and (ii) the Equivalent Amount of all such Loans and Letters of Credit that are expressed in any currency other than U.S. Dollars.
U.S.$ Amount means, on any day, in relation to any Loans or Letters of Credit, the sum of (a) the amount of all such Loans and Letters of Credit that are denominated in U.S. Dollars, and (b) the U.S.$ Equivalent of all such Loans and Letters of Credit that are expressed in Canadian Dollars.
U.S.$ Amount shall have the meaning assigned such term in Section 3.04.

Examples of U.S.$ Amount in a sentence

  • The applicable Borrower shall make each such payment (i) in U.S. Dollars; and (ii) except as specifically otherwise provided, in the Equivalent U.S. $ Amount, if the Accommodation was originally made in any other currency.

  • Each Documentary Credit Lender shall furnish to the Administrative Agent on each Business Day a written report summarizing all Documentary Credit activity including issuances, increases, draws and the aggregate undrawn Face Amount (in the applicable currency and Equivalent U.S. $ Amount) and expiration dates of Documentary Credits issued by such Documentary Credit Lender as of such Business Day.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, the Borrower shall be entitled to obtain Swingline Loans by way of overdraft on the Swingline Account, and at any given time the US $ Amount of the outstanding principal amount of all Swingline Loans shall be equal to the amount by which the Swingline Account is overdrawn.

  • The foregoing amounts shall be expressed, where applicable, in U.S. Dollars and each relevant Canadian Dollar amount or Pounds Sterling amount shall be converted (for purposes of such determination only) into its Equivalent U.S. $ Amount.

U.S.$ Amount means, on any day, in relation to any Loans or Letters of Credit, the sum of (a) the amount of all such Loans and Letters of Credit that are denominated in U.S. Dollars, and (b) the U.S.$ Equivalent of all such Loans and Letters of Credit that are expressed in Canadian Dollars.

Related to U.S.$ Amount

  • Surplus Amount in respect of a particular Bid by an Anchor Investor, shall mean any amount paid in respect of such Bid that is in excess of the amount arrived at by multiplying the number of Equity Shares allocated in respect of such Bid with the Anchor Investor Offer Price, and shall include Bid Amounts below the Anchor Investor Offer Price, in respect of which no Equity Shares are to be Allotted, and in respect of refunds that are to be made after transfer of monies to the Public Offer Account, the Surplus Amount shall mean all Bid Amounts to be refunded after the transfer of monies to the Public Offer Account. For the sake of clarity, in case of an unsuccessful Bid by an Anchor Investor, the entire amount paid towards the Bid shall be considered to be the Surplus Amount;

  • Daily Cash Amount means, with respect to any VWAP Trading Day, the lesser of (A) the applicable Daily Maximum Cash Amount; and (B) the Daily Conversion Value for such VWAP Trading Day.

  • Daily Maximum Cash Amount means, with respect to the conversion of any Note, the quotient obtained by dividing (A) the Specified Dollar Amount applicable to such conversion by (B) forty (40).
