Usage Data definition

Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.
Usage Data means any and all information and/or data associated with or collected from each Authorised User, if any, which is received, stored, or processed by Us in connection with the Services and includes aggregate information, Usage and traffic data, IP addresses, transactional or financial information, account or User names, passwords, registration information, email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers or any other forms of personally identifiable information.
Usage Data means queries, logs, and other information about Customer’s or a User’s use of the Services, excluding Content.

Examples of Usage Data in a sentence

  • For purposes of clarity, Usage Data will exclude all Account Holder Data processed on the Workato Platform, but may include Account Information subject to the Privacy Policy.

  • Trimble owns all Intellectual Property Rights in Anonymized Data and Usage Data.

  • Workato will not publicly disclose Usage Data unless it is aggregated and anonymized.

  • We may use Usage Data for any purpose in accordance with applicable law, our privacy policies and our contractual obligations.

  • Workato may use Usage Data during and after the term for the purposes of implementing, operating, maintaining, auditing compliance, and improving (including training and machine learning of) the Workato Platform and fulfilling its obligations hereunder.


More Definitions of Usage Data

Usage Data has the meaning set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
Usage Data means such data or information as Bentley may collect relating to Subscriber’s installation, access or use of Products, Product features and functionality, Cloud Offerings (as defined in the Cloud Offering Terms, and other Bentley services, including but not limited to usage statistics that do not consist of any personally identifiable information, such as volume of use, duration of use, time of use, number of users, features used, and location of users.
Usage Data means usage and operations data in connection with Your use of the Service, including query logs and metadata (e.g., object definitions and properties).
Usage Data means data collected about the User’s use of the Service. For example, how often the User accesses a to do list, or what photo(s) they favorite.
Usage Data means anonymized and aggregated data and other information that is collected, derived, extracted, or created from the Customer Data and/or data generated by Customer’s use of the Services.
Usage Data means statistical data, analytics, trends and usage information derived from each Circuit User’s use of Circuit. Usage Data includes, by example and without limitation, aggregated quantitative information about number of active users, IP-address from where the Circuit User logs in, activity of the Circuit User, used bandwidth, storage space or CPU capacity.
Usage Data means information reflecting the access, interaction, or use of the Services or any Core42 Platform by or on behalf of Customer or an End User, including frequency, duration, volume, features, functions, visit, session, click- through or click-stream data, and statistical or other analysis, information, or data based on, or derivative works of, the forgoing. Usage Data does not include Your Data.
