Usage Data definition

Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.
Usage Data means usage and operations data in connection with Your use of the Service, including query logs and metadata (e.g., object definitions and properties).
Usage Data has the meaning set out in the Data Processing Addendum.

Examples of Usage Data in a sentence

  • PickNik may use and share such Usage Data without restriction in accordance with applicable laws, including to operate, improve, analyze, and support PickNik’s products and services, for benchmarking and reporting, and for any other lawful business purposes.

  • Such Usage Data will only be used in its aggregated or anonymized form and such results may be used by Instructure for any lawful purpose not otherwise excluded by this Usage Agreement.

  • CLEC Recorded Usage Data determined to have been lost, damaged or destroyed as a result of an error or omission by CenturyLink in its performance of the recording function shall be recovered by CenturyLink at no charge to CLEC.

  • Ansys, through the Platform, processes Usage Data, and Customer hereby agrees not to remove, circumvent, disable, or block any technology that gathers or transmits such data.

  • Such data shall include complete CLEC Customer Usage Data for Resold Service, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Article XXVII (Billing).


More Definitions of Usage Data

Usage Data means all metadata and navigational, transactional, computer (e.g., IP address and browser), statistical, analytical, and similar data collected, generated, or derived from the use of the Services by Customer or its Subsidiaries or on their behalf.
Usage Data means data collected about the User’s use of the Service. For example, how often the User accesses a to do list, or what photo(s) they favorite.
Usage Data means anonymized and aggregated data and other information that is collected, derived, extracted, or created from the Customer Data and/or data generated by Customer’s use of the Services.
Usage Data means data and information related to your or your Usersuse of the Subscription Service used by us in an aggregate or anonymized manner, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Subscription Service or other SMA Offerings as the case may be.
Usage Data means queries, logs, and other information about Customer’s or a User’s use of the Services, excluding Content.
Usage Data means statistical data, analytics, trends and usage information derived from each Circuit User’s use of Circuit. Usage Data includes, by example and without limitation, aggregated quantitative information about number of active users, IP-address from where the Circuit User logs in, activity of the Circuit User, used bandwidth, storage space or CPU capacity.
Usage Data means any diagnostic and usage-related information from the use, performance and operation of the InSight Services, including, but not limited to, type of browser, Service features, and systems that are used and/or accessed, and system and Service performance- related data.
