User Data definition

User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
User Data means all data, information and other content of any type and in any format, medium or form, whether audio, visual, digital, screen, GUI or other, that is input, uploaded to, placed into or collected, stored, processed, generated or output by any device, system or network by or on behalf of the State, including any and all works, inventions, data, analyses and other information and materials resulting from any use of the Software by or on behalf of the State under this Contract, except that User Data does not include the Software or data, information or content, including any GUI, audio, visual or digital or other display or output, that is generated automatically upon executing the Software without additional user input.
User Data means any and all information reflecting the access or use of the Hosted Services by or on behalf of the State or any Authorized User, including any end user profile, visit, session, impression, click-through or click-stream data and any statistical or other analysis, information or data based on or derived from any of the foregoing.

Examples of User Data in a sentence

  • The foregoing provisions of this Clause 13.3 are subject to Schedule 4 (Data Processing) where any such sub-contracting includes the sub- processing of any Personal Data in the User Data (in each case as defined in Schedule 4).

  • The Customer therefore grants to the Supplier a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide licence to use, modify, adapt, and create derivative works of User Data for any purposes, and commercially exploit and/or sublicense any or all of such rights on any terms, provided always that such User Data must at all times be cleansed such that individuals, the Customer, and/or any legal entities cannot be identified in any circumstances (“Cleansed Data”).


More Definitions of User Data

User Data means any information, materials, or data: (a) uploaded, stored or created in or using the Supplier Software by: (i) the Client or its users; or (ii) by the Supplier or a third party on the Client’s or its users’ instructions; and/or (b) provided to the Supplier by (or on behalf of) the Client or its users.
User Data means any and all information reflecting the access or use of the Services by any End User, including any end user profile, visit, session, impression, click-through or click-stream data and any statistical or other analysis, information or data based on or derived from any of the foregoing.
User Data means any information or data submitted by or on behalf of Users (i) through the
User Data means any and all Transaction Data submitted or otherwise reported by the Company with respect to a User regarding any and all transactions entered into by such User.
User Data means all data collected from Users in the process of registering Users and in connection with their usage of the Platform.
User Data means all data, works and materials uploaded to or stored on the Platform by the Customer or Authorized Platform User; or supplied by the Customer or Authorized Platform User to the Provider for uploading to, transmission by, or storage on the Platform. User Data includes, but is not limited to, personal information, Content, User Confidential Information, Documentation, credentials, identity information, and payment information. User Data does not include analytics data relating to the use of the Platform and server log files.
User Data means all information and data collected by the ActiveState Platform or otherwise transmitted by the ActiveState Platform to ActiveState and or by other ActiveState products, including any metadata, metrics, statistics, or other information relating to the performance, operations, resource, health, or other conditions of the ActiveState Platform and or resulting Runtimes created by the ActiveState Platform, any component thereof (including third party components), host names, interpreter used, and system architecture, which includes filenames, full path, file size, and content hash.
