Usage Fees definition

Usage Fees means shall mean with respect to any Purchaser Group or any Non-Conduit Committed Purchaser, the product of:

Usage Fees means the basis upon which Software usage fees are determined and as set forth in the applicable Order Form. “Server Cluster” means one or more computers, either physical or virtual, that reads and executes the Software. Examples of Usage Fees in a sentence

  • Each Invoice shall include both the TCSD Usage Fees and the Town Usage Fees charged against the WGFD System and shall be billed to Connectee at cost.
