Usage Limits definition

Usage Limits means usage of the system may be limited by Apps/Modules, Worker, User or Contractor or as specified in the relevant Order form.
Usage Limits means the specific number and type of Users, licenses and license configurations specifically ordered and paid for by Customer.
Usage Limits means limitations set forth in this Agreement, the Documentation, the Purchased Services, the Buildcard, the Order Form (including signature page order forms), the applicable subscription plan or Builder Care, the purchased packages, or plans, including limitations on features, storage, number of apps, support services, development priorities, resource assignments, and replacement services.

Examples of Usage Limits in a sentence

  • If Customer exceeds the Usage Limits, PROS will notify Customer and Customer will have 30 days from the date of such notice to conform to the Usage Limits.

  • Amperity may monitor use of the Services to verify Customer’s compliance with the Usage Limits.

  • PROS will monitor or audit remotely the Usage Limits and any parameters specified in the applicable Order and in these Product Specific Terms.

  • If the Subscriber, any Affiliated Company or End-Subscriber exceeds the Usage Limits as set out in the Order Form, then the Subscriber is obliged to pay Fees for the excess of Usage Limits on the basis of the then current pricelist in arrears within fourteen (14) days after receipt of an invoice.

  • Customer shall be obligated to pay fees for use in excess of any Usage Limits at Amperity’s then-current rates.

Usage Limits means the Customer’s or User’s limits as listed in the applicable Quote or other Vasion-issued
Usage Limits means the usage and volume limits and metrics set forth in the applicable Order Form.
