Usage Limits definition

Usage Limits means usage of the system may be limited by Apps/Modules, Worker, User or Contractor or as specified in the relevant Order form.
Usage Limits means the Customer’s or User’s limits as listed in the applicable Quote or other Vasion-issued document, including, but not limited to, named Users, number of licenses, workflows, and storage.
Usage Limits means the usage and volume limits and metrics set forth in the applicable Order Form.

Examples of Usage Limits in a sentence

  • During the Term, subject to these Terms, Abnormal grants Partner the right to use and display its Brand Elements solely to identify the Parties relationship under this Agreement to Customer as set forth in Section 6.3 (Approvals and Usage Limits).

  • Subscriber further agrees that 2Ring may, without liability, suspend Subscriber’s Account until such time as Subscriber comes into compliance with its Usage Limits or Subscriber purchases additional seats or connectors or makes additional payment as required by this Section for exceeding the Usage Limits.

  • If Subscriber is unable or unwilling to abide by its Usage Limits, Subscriber agrees to execute an Order with 2Ring or the applicable Authorized Reseller for additional seats or connectors promptly upon request, and/or pay any invoice for excess usage in accordance with 2Ring’s then-current pricing and payment terms.

  • If the Subscriber exceeds the Usage Limits of the Zoho Services or functionalities within Zoho Services, Subscriber may purchase additional quantities of the Zoho Services by making payment(s) for such excess usage.

Usage Limits means limitations set forth in this Agreement, the Documentation, the Purchased Services, the Buildcard, the Order Form (including signature page order forms), the applicable subscription plan or Builder Care, the purchased packages or plans, including limitations on features, storage, number of apps, support services, development priorities, resource assignments, and replacement services.
