Use of Software definition

Use of Software means running the object code of Software to enable use of the embedded functionality.
Use of Software. The Licensed Software shall be used by Licensee in connection with Licensee's present business and any related business which Licensee shall hereinafter commence.
Use of Software means use by any individual having authorized access to the Hardware on which the Software is operated.

Examples of Use of Software in a sentence

  • Extending the Use of Software to other persons or entities as a function of your providing services, (i.e.; making the Software available through a commercial timesharing or service bureau) must be authorized in writing by us prior to such use and may require additional licenses and fees and is generally not permitted under this ▇▇▇▇ Addendum.

  • Use of Software shall not in any way constitute a guarantee that Subscriber will be compliant with any regulations or standards including the compliance standard(s) applicable to the Software.

  • Licensee’s Use of Software as trial version shall be limited to the internal evaluation of Software for the sole purpose of determining whether Software meets Licensee's requirements and whether Licensee desires to continue Using Software.

  • Licensee’s Use of Software shall be limited to the test and development of the Software.

  • Use of Software may require Customer to complete Vendor’s then current product registration process, if any, to obtain and input an authorization key or license file.

  • Use of Software Products, including reproduction and display of them, by the United States of America and/or any of its instrumentalities, regardless of form (collectively, the “Government”), is governed by the Agreement.

  • Use of Software and Subscription Services: While you have subscriptions entitling you to receive Subscription Services for a Red Hat Product, you are required to purchase Subscription Services in a quantity equal to the total number of Units of that Red Hat Product that you deploy, install, use or execute.

  • Use of Software shall not in any way constitute a guarantee from Anitian that Subscriber will be compliant with any regulations or standards including the compliance standard(s) applicable to the Software.

  • Use of Software may require Customer to complete RSA’s then current product registration process, if any, to obtain and input an authorization key or license file.

Related to Use of Software

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean ▇▇▇▇▇. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;
