Use Policies definition

Use Policies means the policies or additional terms that are incorporated in this SLSA and apply to the provision of certain Services as identified herein and in the Matrix. Order Specific Terms: Sale of Products and Subscription Licenses These Order Specific Terms apply to Orders in which Customer purchases any Products and/or Subscription Licenses.
Use Policies means the Precision Infocomm Use Policies attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Use Policies means the Privacy Policy, acceptable use policy and other conditions and policies relating to the Masterclass published by Energy Edge or notified by Energy Edge to the Participant or the Customer.

Examples of Use Policies in a sentence

  • Customer must ensure that its End Users comply with the Use Policies.

  • LGUSC shall also comply with any park rules and regulations established by the Director of Parks and Public Works pursuant to Section 19.10.025(17) of the Town Code, including those rules set forth in Attachment C, Town of Los Gatos Park Rules and Regulations, and Attachment D, Town of Los Gatos Creekside Sports Park Special Use Policies.

  • The Agreement, together with any exhibits, Order Forms, Use Policies, Data Processing Addendum, and Attachments, each of which is expressly incorporated into this Agreement by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes and replaces any and all prior or contemporaneous understandings, proposals, representations, marketing materials, statements, or agreements, whether oral, written, or otherwise, regarding such subject.

  • RingCentral may update the Use Policies from time to time and provided that such updates do not change the structure of the Use Policies in their entirety and will provide notice of material updates to Customer at the email address on file with the Account and will post non-material changes to the Use Policies on the websites listed below under Sections 5.B.i. to 5.B.iii.

  • Customer and its End Users may use the Services only in compliance with this Agreement, applicable Law, and the Use Policies referenced below, which are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.

  • Any breach of this Section (Use Policies) will be deemed a material breach of this Agreement.

  • CLCSD will monitor iPad use using a variety of methods – including electronic remote access – to assure compliance with CLCSD’s Legal and Ethical Use Policies.

  • When Customer accesses and uses a Cloud Service, Customer is responsible for complying withthe SLSA, applicable laws and the Use Policies referenced in the Matrix.

  • RingCentral will inform Customer about the mechanism under this Section 5.B. as part of any notice of proposed material changes to the Use Policies.

  • In the event of any conflict between the documents comprising this Agreement, precedence will be given to the documents in the following descending order: (i) the applicable Order Form (and any hyperlinks therein); (ii) the applicable Attachment; (iii) the main body of this Agreement; (iv) Use Policies and Data Processing Addendum incorporated by reference in this Agreement; and (v) and any other document expressly referred to in this Agreement which governs the Services.

Use Policies means the Precision Infocomm Use Policies attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Related to Use Policies

  • Privacy Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.21.

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Acceptable Use Policy means the policy located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/aup (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as it may be updated by us from time to time.
