User Count definition

User Count means the number of Concurrent Users specified for the license purchased by You that are authorized to simultaneously access and use the Server Edition or Workstation/Workgroup Edition. Notwithstanding the number of Concurrent Users licensed hereunder, the number of Concurrent Users able to access a Server may be technically limited by the maximum number of concurrent connections allowed by Your operating system.
User Count means the number of Concurrent Users specified for the license purchased by You that are authorized to simultaneously access and use the Host Software, whether such Concurrent Users access the Network Host via a LAN, Intranet, the Internet, or otherwise. If You cannot count the number of Concurrent Users at the front end of any Multiplexing Devices, then You must purchase an Internet/Intranet License, and the number of Concurrent Users that may access the Host Software via such Multiplexing Devices will be unlimited.
User Count. Radio Subscriber count as provided by the Members or Participants as of April 13, 2015 and reflected in Exhibit “A”.

Examples of User Count in a sentence

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the number of Concurrent Users accessing the Software does not exceed the User Count, and You will maintain sufficient records, logs and other materials (“Records”) sufficient to document that Your use of the Software is in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for a minimum of five years after You cease to use the Software.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Pervasive grants to You a nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable and revocable right to (i) use the Software on a single Terminal; (ii) permit a total number of Concurrent Users that is not greater than the User Count to simultaneously access and use the Software; and (iii) use the Documentation in connection with Your use of the Software.

  • District shall immediately notify New Tech Network if it exceeds the Authorized User Count, and shall promptly pay any additional User fees.

  • If District fails to notify New Tech Network and/or District has created a total number of User accounts more than 5% more than the Authorized User Count, District shall pay New Tech Network the two times the rate set forth in Exhibit A on each User account in excess of the Authorized User Count.


More Definitions of User Count

User Count means both the number of authorized copies of the Software and the number of authorized Terminals with concurrent use of services provided by the Software, whether directly or through another device.
User Count means number of authorized concurrent independent clients attached to the Network Host.

Related to User Count

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • Passenger Coupon or means that portion of the Ticket issued by us or on “Passenger Receipt” our behalf, which is so marked and is to be retained by you.

  • Controlled Deposit Account means a Deposit Account (i) that is subject to a Deposit Account Control Agreement or (ii) as to which the Collateral Agent is the Depositary Bank’s “customer” (as defined in UCC Section 4-104).

  • User Interface means the interface for the Hosted Services designed to allow individual human users to access and use the Hosted Services.

  • Excluded Account means (a) any deposit account specifically and exclusively used for payroll, payroll taxes and other employee wage and benefit payments to or for the benefit of any Loan Party’s employees and (b) any Xxxxx Cash Accounts.

  • Running Account Bill means a bill for the payment of "On Account" money to the Contractor during the progress of work on the basis of work done and the supply of non-perishable materials to be incorporated in the work.

  • Controlled Account means each deposit account and securities account that is subject to a Qualifying Control Agreement.

  • Excluded Deposit Account means (a) any deposit account exclusively used for payroll, payroll taxes, and other employee wage and benefit payments to or for the benefit of Borrower’s employees and identified to Bank by Borrower as such and (b) any Xxxxx Cash Accounts.

  • Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Joint Account means an Account opened in more than one name;

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • Wastewater collection system means the sewer and pumping system used for the collection and conveyance of domestic, commercial and industrial wastewater; and

  • Controlled Deposit Amount means, for any Transfer Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, an amount equal to the sum of the Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Transfer Date and any existing Accumulation Shortfall.

  • Controlled-access highway means every street or highway in respect to which owners or occupants of abutting lands and other persons have no legal right of access to or from the same except at such points only and in such manner as may be determined by the public authority having jurisdiction over such street or highway.

  • Designated Account means the Deposit Account of Borrower identified on Schedule D-1 to the Agreement (or such other Deposit Account of Borrower located at Designated Account Bank that has been designated as such, in writing, by Borrower to Agent).

  • Direct Load Control means load reduction that is controlled directly by the Curtailment Service Provider’s market operations center or its agent, in response to PJM instructions.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Supported Wage System means the Commonwealth Government system to promote employment for people who cannot work at full Award wages because of a disability as documented in “[Supported Wages System: Guidelines and Assessment Process]”.

  • Related Account means an Account with respect to which a new credit account number has been issued by the applicable Account Owner or Servicer or the applicable Transferor under circumstances resulting from a lost or stolen credit card and not requiring standard application and credit evaluation procedures under the Credit Card Guidelines.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Pupil Generated Content The term “pupil-generated content” means materials or content created by a pupil during and for the purpose of education including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of pupil content.
