User Interface means the interface for the Hosted Services designed to allow individual human users to access and use the Hosted Services.

User Interface means the process, functional commands, and look and feel by which a Customer operates and utilizes the Adopted Features, including the sequence and detail of specific commands or service codes, the detailed operation and response of Equipment to the sequence of keys pressed to effect subscriber Equipment functions, and the response of subscriber Equipment to the activation of these keys, or in response to signals or data from either the ACC System or the Xxxxxx System. Furthermore and for greater certainty, such definition shall include without limitation, the manner in which information is displayed on the screen of a phone used for Adopted Features, announcement tones or messages occur, and service or feature codes that must be dialed. The origins of the information presented to the user may be the user Equipment, or the Xxxxxx System or the ACC System, or both.

BluBØX’s training consists of on-line “Instructor-led” courses only at this time. As the training function gathers experience and momentum, BluBØX will institute an on-line self-training option. Training can also be delivered “On-Premises” for a fee and via special arrangements. Sales Executives must attend the Sales training courses and the Technical staff will attend the technical courses – (the courses are different). Sales training is expected to consume 8 hours. It will be delivered in 2-hour modules. Sales Executives who have attended all the Sales modules shall receive Basic Certification. Later, BluBØX may propose advanced training courses on designated topics of interest (such as Destination Control or Real-time Control). Technical training is expected to consume 16 hours. Each class will cover all the modules. Each module will take 1 to 3 hours. Some classes may be delivered over a period of 4 days (4 hours per day); others may consist of just two (2) full days. Technical Staff must subscribe to a certain class and cannot jump from one to the other. Technical Staff who have attended all the Basic Technical Training Modules shall receive a Basic Certification. Later, BluBØX will schedule advanced training courses on designated topics of interest (such as Destination Control or Real-time Control).
