User Requirements definition

User Requirements means the business, technical, operational and transitional capabilities, restrictions and features to be provided by the IT systems of the respective NCB or of the ECB and which can be grouped under two main categories, i.e. functional requirements (user, legal and regulatory) and non-functional requirements (architecture, security, operational and technical);
User Requirements means requirements for access and participation as contemplated in section 55(1)(g) of the Act.
