USF Company definition
USF Company shall have the same meaning as assigned under Rule 2 (1) (xxv) of USF Rules;
USF Company means a company limited by guarantee to be constituted under the Ordinance by the Federal Government to perform such duties and functions as may be assigned to it under these rules;
USF Company means a Company established under section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017;
Examples of USF Company in a sentence
The Rule 10 (1) of the USF Rules requires the Federal Government to cause incorporation of the USF Company Limited by guarantee in accordance with the Companies Act.
