Utility Fee means the monthly fee levied by the city upon persons (as defined in this chapter) within the boundaries of the City.

Utility Fee means the periodic user fee imposed pursuant to this by-law by the Town of Xxxxxx which will be dedicated to the provision of public stormwater management services.
