Utility Fee definition

Utility Fee means the monthly fee levied by the city upon persons (as defined in this chapter) within the boundaries of the City.
Utility Fee means the fee established as compensation for the Utility Services, as set forth on Schedule 5 and as may be adjusted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Utility Fee means the amount, if any, set out in Item 8 of Schedule 1. The Utility Fee covers the cost of connecting the Exhibitor Space to required utilities (ie: power, water, drainage) and the cost of utility use.

  • Applicable taxes will include the Public Service Company Tax, and Public Utility Fee.

More Definitions of Utility Fee

Utility Fee means the periodic user fee imposed pursuant to this by-law by the Town of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ which will be dedicated to the provision of public stormwater management services.
Utility Fee means the charges of the utility services, as prescribed in Schedule “A” herein;
Utility Fee. “Utility Fee” is a fee required by Owner. The Utility Fee includes the cost of set up and management of utility management services. § Lease Contract: This “Lease Contract,” which includes this document, the Rules and Regulations, and all other applicable addenda referred to in this document or executed by the Resident and incorporated by reference into this document. § Execution Date: “Execution Date” shall be the date on which this Lease Contract was executed by Resident.
Utility Fee means the fee specified in Item 10(b) of the Reference Schedule.
Utility Fee means the cost of supplying power calculated by AMF on the Food Truck Vendor’s power requirements set out in Item 8 of Schedule 1 and the cost of collecting and removing sullage if required.
Utility Fee. An optional percent charge on Project Costs paid to the Partner Utility to recover costs for supporting Program Services.
Utility Fee. This monthly fee shall be calculated to result in the reimbursement to the City of the utilities paid by the City for the JHC facility during the previous 12-month period and projected over the next two years. Utility fees for the historic gymnasium and VVES portions of the JHC will be handled separately and directed to the respective groups utilizing those facilities. The utility fees for the VVES portion of the JHC will be calculated on a square footage basis for groups at that location.  Capital Investment Fee: This fee aids in the reimbursement of costs for capital projects at the JHC over a set period of years. Capital investment fees shall be calculated on a monthly basis based on the square footage leased. These fees shall be applicable to non-profit groups benefitting from the projects.  Common Area Maintenance Fee: This fee is intended to cover janitorial and maintenance costs for common areas used by non-profit groups at the VVES portions of the JHC facility. This fee shall be applicable to all users of the VVES portion of the JHC facility with the exception of groups who are authorized to lease space solely for the purpose of storage or groups that have obtained approval from the City to provide their own janitorial services. This fee shall be a flat rate fee. Certain improvements and maintenance conducted by Users at the Campus may qualify for a credit toward the lease rate. Any users seeking this credit must submit their request in writing to the City Manager’s Office PRIOR to installing the improvements or conducting the maintenance for which they desire to receive credit. A credit will not be given if City resources were used to pay for the improvements and/or maintenance and the value of any credit shall not extend beyond the term of this current lease.
