Utility Payment definition

Utility Payment means a payment, including under pre-set conditions and parameters, of incurred household and other obligations on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, denominated in BGN, which a customer of the Company can pay online through MyFin
Utility Payment defined in Section 6.2.
Utility Payment means one or all of the following four payments which shall be payable by the Licensor in accordance with this clause 11, each payment being an estimate of the costs which the Sharer will incur for:

Examples of Utility Payment in a sentence

  • Utilities that are separately stated amounts in the lease must be recorded separately on the Utility Payment Form.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is the intent of the parties that this Section 3.5 represents a mechanism only for Landlord’s cost recovery with regard to utilities (including electrical power) serving, provided to and/or used in or for the Tenant Space, and that there is no intent for Tenant’s Utility Payment to include any element of profit to Landlord in connection therewith.

  • Tenant shall pay each Tenant’s Utility Payment to Landlord, as Additional Rent, within thirty (30) days of receipt of each Tenant’s Utility Payment invoice.

  • Any such Utility Payment will be made as a separate payment, and will not be deemed to be Rent.

  • As such, Section 3.5.2 above notwithstanding, Landlord and Tenant hereby agree that, during Periods of Premises Underutilization, Tenant’s Utility Payment shall be determined by virtue of a reasonable proration of the Shared Infrastructure Costs (based on power capacity).

  • End Users having provided consent to the Customer Utility Payment Information Collection of payment information for the purpose of managing end user utility accounts and arrears management.

  • Grantee shall pay all portions of Grantee’s Utility Payments to Grantor, as Additional Colocation Fees, within thirty (30) days of receipt of each such Grantee’s Utility Payment invoice.

  • In such case, if the terminating Party is the Utility, following such termination, Biogas Producer shall be liable for the Termination by Utility Payment.

Related to Utility Payment

  • Availability Payment means the payment to Owner described in Section 8.1 for Condition 1 and 8.2 for Condition 2.

  • Utility Charges Defined in Section 9.A hereof.
