Vacation Club definition
Vacation Club means the Bluegreen Vacation Club Multi-Site Timeshare Plan created pursuant to the Club Trust Agreement.
Vacation Club means a multisite timeshare plan. However, notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the use of the term “vacation club” by a person or entity as part of a company, brand, or product name shall not, in and of itself, subject the person, entity, or product being offered to the provisions of this part unless the product offered otherwise meets the definition of a “multisite timeshare plan” as defined in subsection (4).
Vacation Club means Epic Vacation Club, a Delaware nonprofit corporation, through which the Company operates its vacation club system.

Vacation Club means each of WorldMark and Eagle Crest Club. References herein to a Vacation Club being "related" to an Originator shall be construed as follows: (i) WorldMark is "related" (a) to TWRI with respect to all Receivables originated by TWRI and (b) to Running Y and Eagle Crest with respect to Receivables originated by Running Y and Eagle Crest on and after the effectiveness of the Eagle Crest Acquisition; and (ii) Eagle Crest Club is "related" to Eagle Crest and Running Y with respect to all Receivables originated by Eagle Crest or Running Y before the effectiveness of the Eagle Crest Acquisition.
Vacation Club means the multi-site vacation plan known as the “Bluegreen Vacation Club”.
Vacation Club means any system or program with respect to which a purchaser obtains, by any means, a recurring right to use and occupy accommodations and facilities, if any, in more than one component site through the mandatory use of a reservation system, whether or not the purchaser's use and occupancy right is coupled with an interest in real property.
Vacation Club means, (i) as to the Company: Amber Vacation Club; Cabo Azul Resort; that certain specific-interest multisite timeshare program known as Club Navigo consisting of the following Vacation Ownership Properties: Bryan’s Spanish Cove, Charter Club Resort of Naples Bay, The Cove on Ormond Beach, Cove II on Ormond Beach, Crescent Resort on South Beach, Liki Tiki Village I, Liki Tiki Village II, O.R.B.I.T. One Vacation Villas, Parkway International Resort, and Parkway International II (“Club Navigo”); Diamond Resorts California Collection; Diamond Resorts European Collection Limited; Diamond Resorts Hawaii Collection; Diamond Resorts U.S. Collection; Embarc; those certain Vacation Ownership Properties known as Beach Quarters Resort, Beachwoods Resort, Boardwalk Resort & Villas, Ocean Beach Club, and Turtle Cay Resort, for which a Company Entity acquired the developer rights for, management of, and certain Vacation Ownership Interests in on October 16, 2015 (“Gold Key Resorts”); Monarch Grand Vacations; and Premiere Vacation Collection, and (ii) as to Parent: the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Program, which is the service name given to the variety of exchange and reservation services and vacation and travel benefits currently offered and the limitations currently imposed by Hilton Grand Vacations Club, LLC, which Hilton Grand Vacations Club Program is registered as a specific-interest multisite timeshare program in certain jurisdictions.
Vacation Club means a corporation which holds unencumbered title to (or a long-term lease on) a Vacation Ownership Resort and issues membership certificates evidencing ownership interests in the corporation, which permits the owner of such membership certificates use an enjoyment of such Vacation Ownership Resort.
Vacation Club means any mandatory program or arrangement whereby owners of Vacation Ownership Interests are able, subject to the terms and conditions of the governing documents of the Vacation Club, to reserve the right to use and occupy a Vacation Ownership Unit at any Vacation Ownership Property affiliated with the Vacation Club;
Vacation Club means the ownership of a group of Resort Units, with such group of units designed and constructed with all furnishings, fixtures, and equipment necessary to operate as single units for transient occupancy by a recognized operator of vacation clubs or an entity controlled and/or managed thereby. A recognized operator of vacation clubs is limited to Hilton Grand Vacations, Hyatt Vacation Club, Marriott Vacation Club International, or such other operator as the Town Manager approves. The foregoing definition is not intended to affect the right of an Owner(s) of a Resort Unit(s) to place such Resort Unit(s) in a Resort Rental Management Program.
