Private club" means a private club as defined in G.S. 130A-247(2).
Private club means a non-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of this state, no part of the net revenues of which shall inure directly or indirectly to the benefit of any of its members or any other individual, except for the payment of bona fide expenses of the club’s operations, and which is conducted for some common recreational, social, patriotic, political, national, benevolent, athletic, or other non-profit object or purpose other than the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Private club shall mean a not-for-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Missouri for fraternal or social purposes or for a congressionally chartered veterans' organization, which has a defined membership and restricts admission to members of the club and their guests.
