Valid Nomination definition

Valid Nomination means a Valid Entry Nomination, a Valid Exit Nomination, a Valid IBP Nomination, a Valid CSEP Exit Nomination, [a Valid VIP Nomination], a Valid Sub-Sea I/C Offtake Nomination or such one or more of them as the context may require;

More Definitions of Valid Nomination

Valid Nomination means a data set which contains the mandatory data elements included in the NAESB Standards related to Nominations, which is consistent with the provisions of the Shipper's service agreement, and which has been Delivered to Transporter, or to Transporter via Electronic Communication or when agreed to by Transporter, by facsimile. Shipper Nominations sent by EDM shall conform to the requirements of the Data Dictionary standards set forth in NAESB Standard 1.4.1.

Related to Valid Nomination

  • Nomination means a request by a Shipper to Carrier to transport a stated quantity of Crude Petroleum on the Pipeline for the account of such Shipper in any month.
