Varsity team means a swimming team affiliated with U SPORTS or RSEQ and affiliated with a Provincial Section. A Registered Varsity Team is considered a “Club” in the RTR. A Varsity Team is considered a separate entity than a registered Swimming Canada Age Group Club;

Examples of Varsity team in a sentence

  • Any performance by a Varsity or Junior Varsity team counts as one of their competitions whether they are hosting or select not to receive a trophy.

  • Varsity team membership is an earned privilege, not a guaranteed entitlement for senior student-athletes.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Research Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4 (Joint Commercialization Committee).

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • Senior Management Team means at any particular time the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company.

  • JMC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).

  • Joint Patent Committee or “JPC” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.3(a).

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Joint Research Committee or “JRC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.
