The JSC chair shall keep minutes of each JSC meeting that record in writing all matters discussed, decisions made, action items assigned or completed and other appropriate matters.
To the extent practicable, each Party’s JSC members will provide proposed agenda items to the chair at least two (2) days in advance of each JSC meeting date and the chair will accept all agenda items timely submitted.
The JSC shall hold meetings at such times as it elects to do so, but in no event shall such meetings be held less frequently than once every three (3) months.
If the JPT is unable to reach a consensus, the JPT shall escalate the Unforeseen Technical Factor to the JSC.
If the JSC is unable to reach a consensus within (5) Business Days after such matter was brought to the JSC for resolution, then the Parties shall escalate the Unforeseen Technical Factor to the Executive Officers.
