Vehicle or Motor Vehicle definition

Vehicle or Motor Vehicle means any vehicle, machine, truck, tractor-trailer, or semi-trailer propelled or drawn by any mechanical power and use upon the highways in the transportation of property, but does not include any vehicle or car operated on a rail or rails wither on or off the publicly used highways.
Vehicle or Motor Vehicle means any passenger car, light-duty truck, medium-duty passenger vehicle, medium-duty vehicle, or heavy-duty vehicle as appropriate.
Vehicle or Motor Vehicle means any vehicle which is self-propelled and designed to travel along the ground. This definition shall include but not be limited to automobiles, buses, motor bikes, motor scooters, motorcycles, trucks, tractors, go-carts, campers and trailers.
