Velocity Group definition

Velocity Group means each and all of (i) Velocity, (ii) Velocity Trade Capital Proprietary Limited (iii) Velocity Trade International Limited and (iv) each of their subsidiaries and associates, including joint ventures where appropriate, from time to time;
