Vendor Advances definition

Vendor Advances means all prepayments, advances, licensing fees or royalties (i) paid by one or more Credit Parties to one or more Vendors in respect of goods not yet then provided to a Credit Party and (ii) which are intended to be repaid or earned in the future upon the sale by a Credit Party of the applicable goods or specified use of intellectual property.
