Vendor Group definition

Vendor Group means, collectively, Vendor and all of Vendor’s subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, agents, assignees, and their employees involved in the Work under the Contract.
Vendor Group means, in respect of each Vendor, the Vendor and any shareholder, associate or affiliate of such Vendor, any shareholder of a corporate shareholder of a Vendor, or any beneficiary of a trust that is a shareholder of a corporate shareholder of a Vendor, including any family member of a shareholder of such Vendor or any company, trust or other entity owned by or maintained for the benefit of any such person and "Vendor Groups" means, collectively, the Vendors and the members of each Vendor's Vendor Group; and
Vendor Group means the Supplier or VENDOR, its sub-contractors, its and their AFFILIATES, its and their respective directors, officers and employees (including agency personnel), but shall not include any member of the PURCHASER GROUP.

  • Vendor reserves the right to any other remedies available under law in the event your breach of any of your obligations under this Agreement adversely affects any member of the Vendor Group or any Vendor Partner.

  • Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to or will confer upon any person other than you, members of the Vendor Group and Vendor Partners, any right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement.

  • The exclusions and limitations of liability of members of the Vendor Group and Vendor Partners contained in this Agreement will survive termination of this Agreement.

  • No such loss, damage or claim will be deemed excluded as indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage under Section 6.4.1 as a result of such loss, damage or claim having been suffered or incurred by another member of Vendor Group or Vendor Partner rather than by Vendor.


More Definitions of Vendor Group

Vendor Group means any and all companies in relation to which either of the Vendors exercises Control (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company);
