Supplier Group definition
Supplier Group means the Supplier, its Affiliated Companies, its subcontractors and its and their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents and invitees.
Supplier Group means the Supplier, its Dependent Parent Undertakings and all Subsidiary Undertakings and Associates of such Dependent Parent Undertakings; “UK Public Sector Business” means any goods, service or works provision to UK public sector bodies, including Central Government Departments and their arm's length bodies and agencies, non-departmental public bodies, NHS bodies, local authorities, health bodies, police, fire and rescue, education bodies and devolved administrations; and “UK Public Sector / CNI Contract Information” means the information relating to the Supplier Group to be provided by the Supplier in accordance with Paragraphs 3 to 5 and Annex 1;

The Insolvency Continuity Plan shall be designed by the Supplier to permit continuity of the business operations of the Authority supported by the Services through continued provision of the Services following an Insolvency Event of the Supplier, any Key Sub-contractor and/or any Supplier Group member with, as far as reasonably possible, minimal adverse impact.
More Definitions of Supplier Group
Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;
Supplier Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.03.

Supplier Group means (i) Supplier and its Affiliates providing any Goods or Services pursuant to the Purchase Order, (ii) the participating companies in any joint venture with Supplier for providing part or all of the Goods and/or Services, (iii) Supplier’s subcontractors, (iv) any of subcontractors’ Affiliates involved in providing all or part of the Goods and/or Services, and (v) the employees, officers, directors and agents of all of the foregoing.
Supplier Group means Supplier and its Affiliates engaged in the Processing of Personal Data.
Supplier Group means SUPPLIER, its SUBCONTRACTORS, its and their AFFILIATES, its and their respective directors, officers, employees (including contract workers), but shall not include any member of PURCHASER GROUP.
