Supplier Group definition

Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;

Supplier Group means the Supplier, its Affiliated Companies, its subcontractors and its and their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents and invitees.

Supplier Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.03.

• The Buyer agrees to keep the CRP Information confidential and use it only to understand the implications of an Insolvency Event of the Supplier and/or Supplier Group members on its UK Public Sector Business and/or services in respect of CNI and to enable contingency planning to maintain service continuity for end users and protect CNI in such eventuality.

• Supplier shall not permit the emission, discharge or release of pollutants, contaminants or other substances from Supplier Group equipment or a source in the care and control of Supplier Group.

More Definitions of Supplier Group

Supplier Group means the SUPPLIER, its SUBCONTRACTORS, its AFFILIATES, its and their contractors of any tier, its and their respective directors, officer, employees, (including agency personnel) but shall not include any member of the BUYER GROUP. SUPPLIER GROUP shall also man subcontractors (of any tier) of a SUBCONTRACTOR which may perform the SERVICES, their AFFILIATES, their directors, officer and employees (including agency personnel).

Supplier Group means the Supplier and all of its direct or indirect subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings and its holding company and all of that holding company’s direct or indirect subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings;

Supplier Group means SUPPLIER, its SUBCONTRACTORS, its and their AFFILIATES, its and their respective directors, officers, employees (including contract workers), but shall not include any member of PURCHASER GROUP.

Supplier Group means (i) Supplier and its Affiliates providing any Goods or Services pursuant to the Purchase Order, (ii) the participating companies in any joint venture with Supplier for providing part or all of the Goods and/or Services, (iii) Supplier’s subcontractors, (iv) any of subcontractors’ Affiliates involved in providing all or part of the Goods and/or Services, and (v) the employees, officers, directors and agents of all of the foregoing.

Supplier Group means the Supplier, its Dependent Parent Undertakings and all Subsidiary Undertakings and Associates of such Dependent Parent Undertakings;

Supplier Group means the Supplier, the Supplier’s subcontractors and suppliers of any tier, its and their respective parents,subsidiaries and Affiliates, agents, representatives, employees, directors, officers and/or assigns.

Supplier Group means Supplier and its Affiliates engaged in the Processing of Personal Data.
