Vendor Partners definition

Vendor Partners means those Persons set out in Schedule "L" that have or have previously held a beneficial interest in the Assets, which interests are either: (i) being transferred and conveyed to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of Canada, Limited pursuant to quit claim agreements, or (ii) being transferred and conveyed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of Canada, Limited, in its capacity as agent and attorney for such Persons; and
Vendor Partners means the organizations contracted by Esri to support the Esri Technical Certification Program. Candidates will create, manage, and maintain accounts with the Vendor Partners as they participate in the program.

  • The exclusions and limitations of liability of members of the Vendor Group and Vendor Partners contained in this Agreement will survive termination of this Agreement.

  • Esri Vendor Partners have established rules to minimize whatever unfair advantage might be gained by candidates in the exam development and examination processes.

  • Vendor Partners will be billed an annual partnership fee of $10,000.

  • Our experienced instructors consistently place in the Top 10 Ten Facilitator List of multiple Vendor Partners.

  • B.1.3 Implementation Workshops Vendor Partners will be able to participate in (at expense of Vendor company) scheduled SAFE-BioPharma Implementation workshops.
