Verano Subsidiaries definition

Verano Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of Verano;
Verano Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of Verano prior to the Closing Date.
Verano Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of Verano prior to the Closing Date. “Verano Tax Election” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(a).
