Verification Act definition

Verification Act means verification act executed between the Buyer and the Seller and confirming the quantity of and amount paid for delivered the Goods for a particular period and as described in greater detail in Clause 4.5.9 hereof.
Verification Act means verification act executed between the Buyer and the Seller and confirming the quantity of and amount paid for delivered the Goods for a particular period and as described in greater detail in Clause 5.1.10 hereof. “Vessel” shall mean the ship contracted by the Buyer or the Seller, as the case may be, for the delivery of the Goods (if applicable).
Verification Act means verification act executed between the Buyer and the Seller and confirming the quantity of and amount paid for delivered the Goods for a particular period.

  • As a precondition of the award of the Contract, the Bid shall be accompanied by a completed Verification Form required by the Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act No. 127, July 5, 2012 (formerly Senate Bill 637) acknowledging the Bidder's responsibilities and compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act.

  • If awarded the Contract, Bidder shall cause each Subcontractor (as defined in the Public Works Employment Verification Act) to submit to the Owner a separate and complete Verification Form, executed by a representative who has sufficient knowledge and authority to make the representations and certifications contained in the Verification Form, as required by the Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act No. 127, July 5, 2012 (formerly Senate Bill 637), for before performing any Work on the Project.

  • Within 2 (two) days from the date of receipt of the Verification Act signed by the Seller the Buyer shall check the Goods delivered quantity, amount paid for the Goods, and provide the Seller with its motivated objections (if any).

  • Contractor shall register and participate in the Status Verification System and comply with Utah Code section 63G-12-302 of the Identity Documents and Verification Act.

  • CONTRACTOR shall by contract require its contractors, subcontractors, contract employees, staffing agencies, or any contractors regardless of their tier to register and participate in the Status Verification system and comply with Utah code Annotated Section 63G-11-103 of the Identity Documents and Verification Act.

  • Contractor shall cause each subcontractor (as defined in the Public Works Employment Verification Act) to submit to the District a separate and complete Verification Form, executed by a representative who has sufficient knowledge and authority to make the representations and certifications contained in the Verification Form required by the Public Works Employment Verification Act, 43 P.S. § § 167.1 et seq., before performing any work on the Project.

  • FOI Act means the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act or any code issued pursuant to sections 45 or 46 of that Act or any guidance issued by the Information Commissioner;

  • the 1981 Act which means the Compulsory Purchase (Vesting Declarations) Act 1981.

  • Applicable Data Protection Law means all data privacy or data protection laws or regulations globally that apply to the Processing of Personal Information under this Data Processing Agreement, which may include Applicable European Data Protection Law.

  • Arbitration Act means the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and shall include any amendment to or any re-enactment thereof as in force from time to time.

  • the 1988 Act means the Local Government Finance Act 1988.

  • Clean Water Act or "CWA" means the federal Clean Water Act (33 USC § 1251 et seq.), formerly referred to as the Federal Water Pollution Control Act or Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, Public Law 92-500, as amended by Public Law 95-217, Public Law 95-576, Public Law 96-483, and Public Law 97-117, or any subsequent revisions thereto.

  • FDI Act means the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, as amended or recodified.

  • Clean air standards, as used in this clause means:

  • Chapter means a Chapter under this Part;

  • PBR Act means the Plant Breeder’s Rights Xxx 0000 (Cth) as amended from time to time.

  • the 1961 Act means the Land Compensation Act 1961(d); “the 1965 Act” means the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965(e); “the 1980 Act” means the Highways Act 1980(f);

  • Society Act means the Society Act of the Province of British Columbia from time to time in force and all amendments to it;

  • chapters and "headings" mean the chapters and the headings (four-digit codes) used in the nomenclature which makes up the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, referred to in this Protocol as "the Harmonized System" or "HS";
