Verification Act definition

Verification Act means verification act executed between the Buyer and the Seller and confirming the quantity of and amount paid for delivered the Goods for a particular period.

Examples of Verification Act in a sentence

  • The Seller shall send by fax or by email to the Buyer the Verification Act signed by the Seller once in a quarter.

  • On a quarterly basis the Verification Act should be fully executed by both Parties.

  • Contractor shall register and participate in the Status Verification System and comply with Utah Code section 63G-12-302 of the Identity Documents and Verification Act.

  • Within 2 (two) days from the date of receipt of the Verification Act signed by the Seller the Buyer shall check the Goods delivered quantity, amount paid for the Goods, and provide the Seller with its motivated objections (if any).

  • Without prejudice to the above, the Verification Act shall be executed upon any Party request if any.

  • To this extent – provided it also acts as Meter Op- erator – each Network Operator hereby confirms that these obligations are fulfilled (section 33(2) of the German Measurement and Verification Act (Mess- und Eichge- setz)).

  • If applicable to the Project, require each Subcontractor to include provisions in each of its subcontracts regarding the applicability of the Public Works Employment Verification Act (43 P.S. §§ 167.1 – 167.11), information regarding the use of the Federal E-Verify program, and reference to the Department’s web site to obtain a downloadable copy of the Commonwealth Public Works Employment Verification Form required to be submitted to the Department.

  • ID, in the following form: Either: (a) an electronic identity credential within the meaning of section 8 of the Electronic Identity Verification Act 2012; or (b) both a primary and a secondary identity document of a type specified in the Schedule to the Children’s (Requirements for Safety Checks of Children’s Workers) Regulations 20151.

  • Nothing in the Public Works Employment Verification Act or this Subparagraph 52.20 may be construed to render the Contractor liable for the action of a Subcontractor or the Subcontractor liable for an action of another Subcontractor.

  • The Seller shall consider such motivated objections within 7 (seven) calendar days and put the corrections into the Verification Act or negotiate with the Buyer on the amicable basis the content of the Verification Act which should be executed by both Parties.
