Vested Elements definition

Vested Elements has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Vested Elements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(e).
Vested Elements means the actions and approvals more particularly described in Subsection 3.B of this Agreement.

  • The expiration of any building permit or Approval shall not limit the Vested Elements, and Developer shall have the right to seek and obtain subsequent building permits or approvals, including Later Approvals, at any time during the Term, any of which shall be governed by Applicable Laws.

  • Covered service member means a member of the Armed Forces, including a member of the National Guard or Reserves, who is undergoing medical treatment, recuperation, or therapy, is otherwise in outpatient status, or is otherwise on the temporary disability retired list, for a serious injury or illness.
