Veterans memorial park definition

Veterans memorial park means the 2.5-acre parcel of land established and legally described by Section 5a of Act No. 234 of the Public Acts of 1988, as amended, being Section 35.1055a of the Michigan Compiled Laws.

  • Abbeyfield Home means an establishment run by the Abbeyfield Society including all bodies corporate or unincorporated which are affiliated to that society;

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
