Veterinary provider definition

Veterinary provider means a person licensed to practice veterinary medicine under Title 32, section 4861 or an animal welfare organization that has at least one licensed veterinarian on staff and regularly provides companion animal sterilization services to the public.[PL 2023, c. 484, §3 (NEW).]
