VIE Shareholders definition

VIE Shareholders means the Persons who directly or indirectly own interests in either of the VIEs as set forth on Annex III hereto.
VIE Shareholders means the Founder and Shanghai Jingrui Education Technology Group (each a “VIE Shareholder”).
