Vietnamese QI definition

Vietnamese QI means a corporation that both (a) is incorporated outside the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and (b) does not have any permanent establishment in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

  • Enterprise identifier means a code that is uniquely assigned to an enterprise by an issuing agency.
