Village Assembly definition

Village Assembly means, in relation to a village, the Village Assembly of that village and in relation to an Ujamaa Village, the Village Assembly of the Ujamaa Village;
Village Assembly means the assembly of persons who are ordinarily resident in the Village and who have attained the apparent age of eighteen (18) years, as further defined in Section 55 of the provisions of the Recipient’s Local Government (District Authorities) Act No. 7 of 1982, as amended.
Village Assembly means a village assembly established under section No. 24 of the Local Government (District Authorities) Act No. 7 of 1982
