Violation Deadline definition

Violation Deadline has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 4(c) hereof.
Violation Deadline shall have the meaning given such term in Section 3(f) below.

Related to Violation Deadline

  • Application Deadline means 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on the final day of the Application Period.
