  • This Agreement and any payments provided for in this Agreement are contingent upon the availability of Sports Incentive Funds derived from the tax levied under Section 25-136 of the Orange County Code as provided to and held by Visit Orlando.

  • Recipient shall have no authority to obligate Visit Orlando or the County and shall not hold itself out or give any third-party reason to believe otherwise.

  • Recipient shall perform its obligations hereunder as an independent contractor, not as an agent of Visit Orlando or the County.

  • Trauma center or "designated trauma center" means a licensed hospital, accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, which has been designated as a Level I, II, III, or IV trauma center and/or Level I or II pediatric trauma center by the local EMS agency, in accordance with California Trauma Care System Regulations.

Also, the severity of an urgent condition does not necessitate a trip to the hospital emergency room. An Urgent Care facility is a freestanding facility that is not a physician’s office and which provides Urgent Care.
