Visitor or Guest definition

Visitor or Guest means an individual who is not officially affiliated with the University but is present on campus either independently or as the guest of a University employee or student.

  • Visitors means guests, applicants, contractors, vendors, advisory board members, foundation board members, and members of the public on college premises.

  • Invitees means employees, workers, visitors, guests, customers, suppliers, agents, contractors, representatives, licensees and other invitees.

  • Guests means the Tenant’s licensees, invitees and all others in, on or about the Leased Premises, the Building, the Common Facilities or the Property, either at the Tenant’s express or implied request or invitation or for the purpose of soliciting or visiting the Tenant.

  • Visitor means the Visitor of the University.

  • Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).

  • Permitted Users has the meaning given in Section 16.02;

  • Occupant means any person or persons over the age of eighteen years in possession of the property.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Tenant Party means any of the following persons: Tenant; any assignees claiming by, through, or under Tenant; any subtenants claiming by, through, or under Tenant; and any of their respective agents, contractors, employees, licensees, guests and invitees.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Invitee means the same as that term is defined in Section 32B-8-102.

  • Permitted User means a person other than an employee of the Company who is authorized by the Company pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.1(a)(ii) and all applicable Documentation to access and use one or more specific Component Systems.

  • Traffic means pedestrians, ridden or herded animals, vehicles, streetcars, and other conveyances either singly or together while using any highway for purposes of travel.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Customer’s Premises means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • Covered Municipal Building means a building or facility that is owned or occupied by the Village that is 1,000 square feet or larger in size.

  • Other Equipment is leasehold improvements, intangible property such as computer software and software licenses, equipment specifically designed or manufactured for Borrower, other intangible property, limited use property and other similar property and soft costs approved by Bank, including taxes, shipping, warranty charges, freight discounts and installation expenses.

  • the Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Occupants means employees, visitors or invitees at NYC owned or managed buildings.

  • Permitted Recipients means the parties to this agreement, the employees of each party and any third parties engaged to perform obligations in connection with this Agreement;

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.
