Hotel will make every commercially reasonable effort to accommodate those Guests arriving prior to check-in time based upon Hotel’s then current availability.
Individual Pays Own: Guests will be responsible for their own guest room, taxes and assessments, and incidental charges and a credit card will be collected at check in.
Manager may issue full or partial refunds to Guests to address Guest dissatisfaction where reasonable to do so.
