Guests definition

Guests means the guests of our franchised, managed and owned hotels;

Guests means the Tenant’s licensees, invitees and all others in, on or about the Leased Premises, the Building, the Common Facilities or the Property, either at the Tenant’s express or implied request or invitation or for the purpose of soliciting or visiting the Tenant.

Guests means family members or friends of the Ticket Holder.

• Hotel will make every commercially reasonable effort to accommodate those Guests arriving prior to check-in time based upon Hotel’s then current availability.

• Individual Pays Own: Guests will be responsible for their own guest room, taxes and assessments, and incidental charges and a credit card will be collected at check in.
