Voice over IP. (VoIP) technology means transferring voice signals in data packets over IP networks in real-time by using some other protocols like Transmission Control Protocol (TCP), Internet Protocol (IP), User Datagram Protocol (UDP) and Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP). In VoIP systems, analog voice signals are converted into digital signals and transmitted as a stream of packets over a data network [5].
