Void Date definition

Void Date means the date by which any checks issued to Settlement Class
Void Date means the date by which any checks issued to Settlement Class Members shall become void, i.e. on the 181st day after each check’s mailing.
Void Date means the date by which any checks issued to Putative Class Members shall become void, i.e., on the one hundred and twenty-first (121st) calendar day after mailing.

More Definitions of Void Date

Void Date means a date established by the Claims Administrator as of which any check issued but not cashed shall be void. The Void Date shall be not earlier than 180 days after the issue date of the check.
Void Date means the date by which any checks issued to Class Members shall become void, i.e., on the 121st day after mailing.
