Volume Cap for Reduced Crude Fee means, for any month, fifteen thousand (15,000) Barrels per day multiplied by the number of calendar days in such month.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.
