Voluntary exclusion program definition

Voluntary exclusion program means a program established by the Board pursuant to § 58.1-4103
Voluntary exclusion program means a program established by the Board pursuant to § 58.1-4015.1 990 that allows individuals to voluntarily exclude themselves from engaging in the activities described in 991 subdivision B 1 of § 58.1-4015.1 by placing their name on a voluntary exclusion list and following the 992 procedures set forth by the Board.
