Voluntary Prepayment Date definition

Voluntary Prepayment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a) of the Indenture.

Voluntary Prepayment Date means 24 May 2010 or such other date as may be agreed between the Borrowers and the Agent for the voluntary prepayment of each Tranche in an amount of $3,085,000 by each Borrower in the manner as set out in clause 3.2.
