the data protection principles means the principles set out in Part I of Schedule 1 to that Act, as read subject to Part II of that Schedule and to section 27(1) of that Act;
General Security Agreement means the general security agreement dated on or about the date hereof given by Borrower in favour of Lender in respect of the Obligations.
UK Security Agreement means each of the security documents expressed to be governed by the laws of England (as modified, supplemented, amended or amended and restated from time to time) covering certain of such UK Loan Party’s present and future UK Collateral.

Agreed Security Principles means the principles set out in Schedule 11 (Agreed Security Principles).

the 2011 Act means the Localism Act 2011;
Guarantor Security Agreement means any security agreement executed by any Guarantor in favor of Agent securing the Obligations or the Guaranty of such Guarantor, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent.
Uniform Commercial Code jurisdiction means any jurisdiction that has adopted all or substantially all of Article 9 as contained in the 2000 Official Text of the Uniform Commercial Code, as recommended by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and the American Law Institute, together with any subsequent amendments or modifications to the Official Text.
ABL Security Agreement means the Security Agreement (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement).
Information Privacy Principles means the information privacy principles set out in the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).
Fecal coliform means aerobic and facultative, Gram-negative, nonspore-forming, rod-shaped bacteria capable of growth at 44.5° C, and associated with fecal matter of warm-blooded animals;
U.S. Patriot Act means the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act (Title III of Pub. L. 107-56 (signed into law October 26, 2001)), as amended.
Discharge of First Lien Obligations shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Certified act of terrorism means an act that is certified by the Secretary of the Treasury, in accordance with the provisions of the federal Terrorism Risk Insurance Act, to be an act of terrorism pursuant to such Act. The criteria contained in the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act for a "certified act of terrorism" include the following:
the 2009 Act means the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009;
Administrative and Audit Regulations means all applicable statutes, regulations, and other laws governing administration or audit of this Contract, which may include Title 2, Part 200, Code of Federal Regulations and Chapter 321 and Title 10, Subtitles D and F of the Texas Government Code.
Canadian Security Agreement means the general security agreement, dated as of the date hereof (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), between the Borrower as “Debtor”, and Agent.
Canadian Security Agreements means, collectively, those certain Amended and Restated Security Agreements, dated as of the Restatement Date, and those certain deeds of movable hypothec dated on or about the Restatement Date, made by the Canadian Credit Parties party thereto in favor of Agent, on behalf of itself and for the benefit of the Secured Parties, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
U.S. Security Agreement means the security and pledge agreement, dated as of the Original Closing Date (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), executed in favor of the Administrative Agent and the other “Secured Parties” described therein by each of the Loan Parties party thereto.
Phone/Electronic Transaction Security Procedures means security procedures for Phone/ Electronic Transactions as provided in writing to the Underwriter.
Proceeds of Crime Act means the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (Canada), as amended from time to time, and including all regulations thereunder.
Trademark Security Agreement means each Trademark Security Agreement executed and delivered by Grantors, or any of them, and Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit D.
