Voting Common definition

Voting Common means the Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company.
Voting Common means shares of the Corporation's authorized but unissued Class A Common; provided that if there is a change such that the securities issuable upon conversion of the Class C Preferred are issued by an entity other than the Corporation or there is a change in the class of securities so issuable then the term "Voting Common" will mean one share of the security issuable upon conversion of the Class C Preferred if such security is issuable in shares, or will mean the smallest unit in which such security is issuable if such security is not issuable in shares.
Voting Common. Stock shall mean the common stock of Borrower with respect to which the certificate of incorporation of Borrower grants voting rights to the holders thereof. Voting Securities shall mean, with respect to any corporation, any securities that vote generally in the election of directors. Working Capital shall mean as of any date of determination the difference between current assets (excluding cash) and current liabilities (excluding obligations under the Notes) of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries, in each case determined and consolidated in accordance with GAAP.
