Voting Securities definition

Voting Securities means any securities of the Company that vote generally in the election of directors.
Voting Securities means, with respect to any Person, Capital Securities of any class or kind ordinarily having the power to vote for the election of directors, managers or other voting members of the governing body of such Person.
Voting Securities means the Common Stock and any other securities of the Company entitled to vote in the election of directors.

Voting Securities means the shares of common stock of the Company and any other securities of the Company entitled to vote in the election of directors, or securities convertible into, or exercisable or exchangeable for, such shares or other securities, whether or not subject to the passage of time or other contingencies.
