Effective from the First Completion Date the Sellers grant to the Buyer and the Buyer receives from the Sellers an exclusive and irrevocable right to buy the rest of the Voting Share Capital of the Company (60% of the votes and 60% of the nominal Voting Share Capital) to the terms and conditions provided for herein.
