Voting Trust Shares definition

Voting Trust Shares means the shares of Common Stock owned by the Voting Trust.
Voting Trust Shares means those shares of Capital Stock, if any, held of record by the Trustee pursuant to the Voting Trust Agreement.
Voting Trust Shares means all of the common shares of D5 owned by the Trust Shareholders; “Warrants” means Common Share purchase warrants of the Company;

  • Non-Voting Shares means a particular Class of Shares that do not carry the right to notice of or to attend or vote at general meetings of the ICAV or the relevant Fund.

  • Voting Units means collectively the Units and Special Voting Units.

  • Beneficial Shareholders means shareholders who do not hold Shares in their own name and “intermediaries” refers to brokers, investment firms, clearing houses and similar entities that own securities on behalf of Beneficial Shareholders.

  • Series B Preferred Shares means the Series B Preferred Shares of the Company, par value US$0.0001 per share.

  • Preferred Shareholder means any holder of Preferred Shares.

  • Exchangeable Shares means the exchangeable shares in the capital of the Company, having the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions set forth herein;

  • Owned Shares means all Shares which are beneficially owned by Shareholder or any of its controlled Affiliates as of the date hereof.

  • Trust Beneficial Owner means Global Funding, in its capacity as the sole beneficial owner of the Trust, and its successors.

  • Stockholder Shares means all securities of the Company registered in the name of, or Beneficially Owned by the Stockholder Parties, including any and all securities of the Company acquired and held in such capacity subsequent to the date hereof.

  • Class C Shares means shares of the Class C Common Stock.

  • Series A Preferred Shares means the Series A Preferred Shares of the Company, par value US$0.0001 per share, with the rights and privileges as set forth in the Memorandum and Articles.

  • Class A Shares means Class A ordinary shares, par value US$0.0001 per share, in the share capital of the Company.

  • Series D Shares means shares of Series D Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share of the Company and having the rights, privileges, preferences and restrictions set forth in the Charter.

  • Escrowed Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

  • Common Shareholders means the registered and/or beneficial holders of the Common Shares, as the context requires.
