Primary dealers have the choice of using VP Securities, Euroclear or Clearstream.
The New Shares have been duly authorised and will as of the Closing Date, after payment therefore in accordance herewith and registration with the Danish Business Authority and VP Securities be validly issued, non-assessable and fully paid and free and clear of any security interest, mortgage, pledge, lien, encumbrances or claim and rank pari passu in all respects with the Existing Shares.

This Release Notice shall not be effective until executed by the Company and VP Securities.
In any matters relating to such certificates or other instrument of Dandrit Interests, Dandrit may rely conclusively upon the record of shareholders maintained by VP Securities A/P containing the names and addresses of the holders of record of Dandrit Interests on the date immediately prior to the Closing Date.
The request shall specify the number of shares subscribed for as well as the Owner’s account with VP Securities A/S at which the shares shall be registered.
Payment of interest and the drawing/redemption of bonds are effected through the custodian institution to the accounts indicated to VP Securities Services.
