Wage survey definition

Wage survey means an investigation conducted by the director or the director’s designee to determine the general prevailing wage rates for the crafts/classifications in circumstances where no collective bargaining agreements exist or the collective bargaining agreements do not cover the same or most similar class or classification of laborer or mechanic as set forth in 11.1.2.17 NMAC.
