Warrant Redemption Date definition

Warrant Redemption Date means the date on which the Warrants are redeemed pursuant to the Warrant Agreement.
Warrant Redemption Date means the date by which all Warrants must be submitted to Parent for redemption upon a call by Parent to redeem the Warrants.

A copy of any Early Redemption Notice shall also be sent by the Issuer, or the Trustee, as the case may be, to all Transaction Parties, save that any failure to deliver a copy shall not invalidate the relevant Early Redemption Notice.
