Examples of Warrant Share Amount in a sentence
Upon the occurrence of each adjustment or readjustment of the Warrant Share Amount pursuant to this Section 8, the Company at its expense shall promptly compute such adjustment or readjustment in accordance with the terms hereof and furnish to the Holder a certificate setting forth such adjustment or readjustment and showing in detail the facts upon which such adjustment or readjustment is based.
Upon the occurrence of each adjustment or readjustment of the Warrant Share Amount pursuant to this Section 8, the Corporation at its expense shall promptly compute such adjustment or readjustment in accordance with the terms hereof and furnish to the Holder a certificate setting forth such adjustment or readjustment and showing in detail the facts upon which such adjustment or readjustment is based.
Upon such delivery and payment, the Holder shall be deemed to be the holder of record of the number of Warrant Shares equal to the Warrant Share Amount (or, in the case of a partial exercise of this Warrant, a ratable number of such shares), notwithstanding that the stock transfer books of the Company shall then be closed or that certificates representing such shares shall not then be actually delivered to the Holder.

Whenever the Exercise Price, the Term B Warrant Share Amount and/or the Aggregate Number is to be adjusted pursuant to this Section 5, unless otherwise agreed by the Holder, the Company shall promptly (and in any event within 10 Business Days after the event requiring the adjustment) prepare and deliver to the Holder a notice from the Company, setting forth, in reasonable detail, the event requiring the adjustment and the method by which such adjustment is to be calculated.
